Switched out Ahtanum hops for Simcoe, thought the fuller bodied Lamonta malt would hold up better to the bittering brought by the Simcoe hops. Great tasting malt / wort, biscuity - toasty, nutty with some caramel sweetness. Simcoe has nice citrus and floral notes. |
