Notes

BIAB for all grains, as per usual.

Add in 3 Lbs of LME as water is heating.

Add 3 Lbs of LME at 30 Mins.
Add 2 oz dark melted chocolate at 30 mins.

Add remaining LME at 10 mins.

Raise to 5-5.5 Gal, or when OG is ~1.080

Primary Ferment for 1 week, then add 2 oz of Chocolate syrup to start secondary.

Rest for 3-4 weeks.

Bottle ( Maybe with chocolate as primer?)
