April 15, 2017:
Brew Day
Dropped the first 4 pounds of specialty grain on the garage floor and had to sweep it all up. Used it anyway because I was brewing godamnit! After that, all went well. A little short on efficiency, but close enough.
OG = 1.063

April 17, 2017:
Rehdrayted and pitched US-05 at the same time as I pitched K-97 into the German Porter. We'll keep an eye on how they compare.

May 15, 2017:
Transferred to keg. FG=1.022, ABV 5.38%


Ideas:
Use gelatin for first time to clear...
Add gelatin to keg before co2?
Add gelatin to keg before dry hop?
