recycled yeast from moms first bier. will have been a month or so.

going with about 45 ibu since that is about what i have done for other pale ales. but doing 2 oz dry hop. i usually do 1.5oz for pale ale so maybe i should do 3? update : yes to 3.

using basic witbier grain ration but boosted up to top 6%. stoopid wit is 6.3%.
