Notes

Brewing Notes:

Steep grains in 1.5 gal. of 155° F water for 30 minutes. Sparge w/ half gallon of 170 deg water. Drain steeping grains by pouring sparge water over grains, but don't squeeze. Add 1 gal of water and bring to boil. Turn off heat and add Light LME and stir well to dissolve malt. Turn on heat and bring to boil and start 60 min boil and hop schedule. Turn off heat and add LME extract.
Cool wort with chiller to 80 F. Add sterilized water to equal 5.5 gallons. Pitch yeast.
