had a bit of trouble with mash, started off 59C for first 30 mins. extended to 90 min. mash, 63C for next 60 mins. |

had to put FV downstairs to reach 24C before i pitch yeast, i also did a whirlpool at flameout. |

I just realised i forgot to add irish moss to the boil 10 mins. before flameout, so will add isinglass when i add my dry-hops, sample was murky but was very nice. |

came out quite cloudy but i guess that is to be expected with so much hops, batch primed with 108g table sugar dissolved in 500ml of warm water. |

a week after bottling tried some and good carbonation, brown copper colour, aroma not as much as i would have liked but i do like the hoppiness, i'd give this beer 6/10 |
