Baked the chillies in the oven at 160 degrees C. Roughly chopped them and put them in a small mash bag. Boiled the bag for a few minutes and added the bag to the fermentor. Added 40 g Ekuanot and 25 g Citra dry hops directly into the fermentor. |

Added gelatin after 14 days. Removed bag with chillies. Placed in the garage for fining. 14 degrees, so no cold crash. |
