Notes

It's not a perfect SMaSH because Huell is too low in alpha acids and I'm trying to avoid making something that tastes like grass, so I'm going for a higher alpha bittering hop that hopefully maintains that fruitiness. It's also pissing out and I ran out of maris otter so it's basically a mish-SMASH if you will



9/19 NOTE: This came out really nicely. The Huell Melon hops were really fruity but there was enough sort of tannic dryness from the Columbus to keep it appropriately bitter, and to keep it from going grassy. I'm really pleased with this.
