Way above the expected. Measured at 20degC. Fermentation occurred at 20degC.
Potential failure modes:
1- lack of oxygenation;
2- too little yeast (one packet)
3- yeast lost characteristics. |

Stored the remaining 11 liters on the fermenter and added more yeast. Fermentation seems to not reoccur. |
