Measured with my refractometer. Apparently I don't know how to use it because there is no way I had 94% mash efficiency when I had 82% brew house. |

Did starter the week prior. Crashed in the fridge for a week and decanted at beginning of brew day. Allowed yeast slurry to gradually come up to room temp during the brew day. |
