Check last brew session. I was about 14 points under my target OG. I've readjusted by brew house efficiency.

Next time:
Stir mash x 2 during mash
Ensure 30 min sparge
Do not push down plate on top of grain bed.
Extend boil to 80-90 mins and sparge and extra 1.5L or so.
Use stepped mash (updated above).
Mash - keep flow rate up
