Notes

Adding more fermentables this time to achieve higher ABV - an extra 1.5kg of pils (JWM Pale @ ~4EBC) - and swapping out 450g Light Crystal for 500g of Gladfield Toffee Malt (10-20 EBC) to see what it does to the colour and flavour.
