Tasting less "green" and fewer chlorophyll notes of first few weeks. Flavour has rounded, and some "fruitiness" shows through. If brewing again, put a "do not drink until 1 month" caution. |

First day without chill haze. Does it take a month for gelatin to completely fine brew? Or, is it something else? |
