Notes

My second attempt at a cloudy, juicy, ridiculously over-hopped NEIPA.
5 liter yeast starter: two smack-packs of Wyeast 1318, for 48 hours, then cold crashed for 12 hours. Decanted and pitched.
Also this is my first use of my Blichmann HopRocket, with 3 ounces of whole leaf Mosaic, after the hopstand and directly from the boil kettle, through a counter flow chiller to the fermentor.
I think this brew has finally pushed the limits of hop additions!
