Tips: Når malten har romtemperatur bør temperaturen i meskevannet være ca 6°C over ønsket mesketemperatur. Varm opp meskevannet til 71°C for å oppnå 65°C etter innmesking.
Skyllevannet bør holde rundt 78°C.
