Notes

Fermentation the first 2 days 20° C.
After that up to 24° C.
Bottledate 01-07(July)-2022.
Beer was a little hazy.
Taste was really nice.
Photo of the first bottle opened one week after bottling. Taste is a little young (ofcourse) but this will grow a really fine beer. Brew like a Monk haha.
