Had trouble measuring the temperature.
But I think strike water was at 72°C => add grains => ~66°C => into oven => applied heat to oven at 18mins left => total of 50min in => came out at ~67°C |

Fermenter temp 22.4°C (indoor 22.1°C) at 19:00. Bubbles every now and then (46 hours in). |

Fermenter temp 22.0°C (room temperature). Fermentation seems to have finished/stopped/stalled (60 hours in). The fluid in airlock is starting to even out |

Fluid in airlock has now evened out (84 hours in) so it's very likely done. Temperature is about -0.5C below room temp (22.5C when room is 23.0C) |

Ekaan pulloon meni ilmaa lapon pumppauksesta, lisäksi kahteen viimeseen meni ilmaa kun lappo alko "ryystää". |

Avasin jääkaapissa monta 4 olleen yksilön. Maistuu jotenkin hämärälle/hunnun takan olevalle. Kaikki maut jotenkin sekasin eikä mikään pomppaa kunnolla esiin kuten aiemmin. Damn it. Ei myöskään vaahtoa juuri ollenkaan. Onko aika syönyt vai johtuuko kylmästä? |

Otin toisen pullon. Maistu heti alkujaan vähän paremmalta. Tässäkään ei tosin yhtään vaahtoa. Annoin lämmetä vähän enemmän ja maku parani. Tää olut ei oikein toimi kylmänä? |

Teoria: kahen päivän kuivahumalointi on semmone että se häviää nopeasti. Netissä monet puhuu siitä että heidän IPA toimii parhaiten tuoreena, heti kun valmista. |
