Notes

Adding some special b for this batch and not grinding up the roasted barley any more. Also using nottingham instead of windsor. It's getting to be fairly cold here so I may let it ferment inside instead of sticking it in the fridge. Probably would be a better time of year to start a lager but I did not think of that while I was in the brewshow. Maybe I'll get one going right after this one is in kegs.
