Notes

Let the fermentation start at 20C and allow to climb for 2 days. 1st dry hop added during active fermentation @ day 2 and cooling applied to bring the fermentation down to 18C. 2nd dry hop added when active fermentation has slowed and gravity reads 1.020.

Dry hops added in hop socks.

RIngwood Ale yeast stepped up in 3L water, 304g spray malt solution in a 5L demijohn to give about 500B cells. 100B cells saved, 400B pitched.
