Notes

Boil first 5 l of wort seperatly + 1 kg sugar
Boil reminder + 0.5 kg sugar + hops 1h

Split wort equally (first wort only in 1), dilute to ~ 1.05 and 1.07 at 20 L each

No chill, cool in 12C over night

Ferment strong wort with Danstar Abbaye, weak wort with saflager 34/70

Fermentation temperature ~12 C

OG at 22C, Belgian 15L 1.092 --> dilute to 20L 1.07
Lager 15.2L 1.07 -->dilute to 22L 1.05
