6.5 gallon plastic bucket with volume graph thing on the side
Chilled wort to 17.5C on brew day (Sun. 19-Mar-2017).
Had to wait on yeast starter so decided to chill to fridge temp on Mon. (20-Mar-2017).
Reached -1.5C ~24 hours later.
Started warming Wed. (22-Mar-2017) morning.
Wed. afternoon reached 5C.
Wed. night reached 10C.
Pitched 1.5 L of 1.8 L starter Thurs. (23-Mar-2017) morning at 14C. |

Stir plate with small heat pad underneath. Temperature mid to upper 70s F.
Sat. 18-Mar-2017 early afternoon- Pitched freshly thawed WLP090 frozen stock labeled:
Mon. 20-Mar-2017 7:30pm - Still no activity; pitched working stock WY1318 f8 dated:
Tues. 21-Mar-2017 - Starter took off. Krausen present.
Wed. 22-Mar-2017 pm - Krausen dissipated. Removed small heat pad (added to ferm fridge to help heat wort).
Thurs. 23-Mar-2017 5:30am - Pitched 1.5 L into 14C wort. 14.3C after pitching. 300-400 mL into mason jar refrigerated to recollect.

Kegged, purged 5x @ 30 psi, attached heat pad and set to 21.5C. Trying to get a little extra fermentation because FG was a bit higher than expected. Sample tasted ok, maybe not too sweet, but had to rinse and spit because no alcohol for Lent so not positive. |

Same gravity after spending time warm in keg. Purged x 4 and put in fridge to carb up. 30 psi. |
