Tasting good, though a little on the sweet side still. Hint of citrus peel and coriander. Will now make a tincture to add at the end of fermentation |

Started with 10lb pressure through weekend then to 30lb pressure for 24 hrs on the 15th with a few minutes of rocking. Drinkable next day. Nice carb level and good flavour - malts and subtle spice |
