Notes

Brewed on 6/8/13
Steep Belgian malt at 160 F for 30 minutes.
Bring 3.0 lbs DME and water t boil, add wort from grains. Return to boil and add 0.7 oz Magnum hops. Boil for 40 minutes. Add 0.7 oz Magnum hops, add 3.3 lbs LME, and boil for 20 minutes. Add Irish Moss with 10 minutes boil remaining. Remove from heat and add 0.6 oz Magnum hops.

Sg = 1054 on 6/8/13
Rg = 1014 on 6/23/13
Bg = 1013 on 7/14/13
Bottled with 4 oz priming sugar

Notes: Good beer, hop profile lower than expected, good caramel hop and balance.
