Notes

Brewed on 11/9/13
Mash grains for 60 minutes at 160 F. Add grains to boiling water, add 3.0 lbs DME, add 1 oz Centennial hops. Return to boil and boil 30 minutes. Add 8 oz maple syrup, add 9 oz honey, add 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice, add 0.5 oz sweet orange peel, add 0.5 oz Spalt hops. Boil 15 minutes. Add 3.0 lbs DME. add 0.5 oz Spalt hops, add Irish Moss. Boil 15 minutes.
