Refractometer was giving me high readings. Wort was probably too hot. Added extra 2 litre of water to pre-boil wort |

Still reading high, but lots of wort at the lower gravity. Increased hops by about 1/8 to compensate for extra volume |

Added only 4 oz of dextrose since was adding it post boil. Also note whirlpool action was a bit strong with the paint stirrer. Need to go gentle and only once |

Transferred to keg and started dry hop with 2.5oz of Centennial. Also racked off 1 gal to jug for secondary fermentation with Saskatoons |

After pulling hop bag, some carb had already developed. Pushed up to 30 lb overnight and today it's back down to 10 and pouring decently. Lots of stone fruit on the nose. Bitterness is subtle but builds |
