No chill overnight in kettle.
Added passionfruit loose will try and rack off gently.
Wort tastes quite grainy. |

Added 900g of passionfruit pulp to fermentor.
Method cleaned boiled and stained bag and some twine.
Added to cleaned sanitized lt jar
Added .5g SMB to fruit mix let sit for 10min
Added to fermentor. |

Racked off to 7 750ml bottles a couple of days earlier.
Did first full closed loop transfer went well took forever and still had to push some with co2.
But the majority transfered via it's own residual pressure.
