Hop finish goes on forever!

Primary fermentation for 8 days.
Keg 2.6G and force carbonate to ~2.2
Keg 2.6G with 1/4 Cup Corn sugar
Didn't get OG because I didn't have a thief; suspect ABV is lower than 5.9%
Protean haze, likely because I used only 1/4 tsp Irish Moss & boil was a more of a simmer
