way low gravity. Not sure why so little sugar extracted. mash temp tended to be low had to add quite a bit of water to get it to temp. varied between 149 and 153 during a 1 hour mash |

recipe called for .5 lb of corn sugar. since mash was so efficient I added an additional .5 of corn sugar and 1 lb of pale DME to bump up the specific gravity to be closer to where it should have been. Not what I wanted but hopefully the next mash is more efficient |

Whoa! that is a really low reading. I think it may have finished that low due to the extra corn sugar I put in it to bump the og. And it tastes awesome! I think the dry hops are really going to round it off nicely |

fucked it up royally. I completely forgot to take the volume of the hops into account when moving the beer to the secondary fermenter. the beer overflowed and I probably lost at least a quarter gallon if not a little more. Not to mention the amount of beer the hops is going to soak up. I'm probably going to end up with a four gallon batch |

volume was low. I knew this would happen. problem in transfer (spilt beer/volume of hops not taken into account) and the massive amount of hops soaked up a significant volume of beer. |
