Karbonerer med 91 gr. sukker i 1,5dl. vann.
Tilsetter også ca. 30ml. vaniljeekstrakt ved flasking (bourbon) kjøpt på meny. Skal være igjen ca 3cm på "ampullen". Røres godt inn i ølet før flasking.
