EZ brew day. 5 hours. not pitching until about 4 hours later to allow trub to settle out. will remove in ball. Wort resting at 66* with a couple of frozen bottles in the jacket |

a fairly mild fermentation with noticeable krausen but no real mad bubbling. keeping temps in the 66-68* range |

racked into the keg today. aroma is good to very good. cloudy. took out ton o yeast and trub from the bottom of the conical. |
