volume and gravity are a guess
measured in the mid/high 1.050's about 15 minutes away from the end of the boil
collected quite a bit of wort, but hard to tell in speidel fermentor |

Since gravity was still pretty high from the last sample, I added the supernatant from some GY Vermont Ale Yeast (intended for Aaron's NEIIPA, but the fermenter was extremely full and couldn't handle this extra volume) into the fermenter to get things moving again. |

actually collected around 5.75 gallons!
3.8oz table sugar
expected carbonation = 2.1 volumes (minimum... since this beer could probably attenuate more).
4.5 gallons = 2.4 vols
5 gallons = 2.3 vols
5.5 gallons = 2.2 vols |
