Anders, 29 oktober 2016:
Jag följde inte receptet exakt, jag lakade ur mer vört, ca 30l.
Denna vört hade en SG på 1.065, och under koket så fyllde jag på, allt efter som att det kokade bort.
Detta medförde att jag fick ett OG på 1.076 vid pitchning, och ett FG på 1.015, detta ger ett ABV på ca. 8%.

US-05 fick ligga i dest.vatten innan pitchning.

Primären har stått på 2-vån i ca 20grC fram till den 18 november, då hällde jag över det till ett sekundärt fat och ställde ut detta i ett kylskåp i garaget för en kallkrash.
20 november tappade jag sedan upp ölen på fat och kolsyrade.
