I find it tastes more like a Kolsh than an Alt. And it is pale like a Kolsh. Probably because of the Bohemian Pilsner used in the grain bill.
Wish my FG were higher. The boys seem to like it.

Porchfest at Chris Rowe's.
Starting serving the 10 litre keg out of the back of the car 45 minutes before the concert started. It was all gone before True Bromance played their first song. A total success! People loved it. It's a refreshing light ale which works in the summer time outside. Good BBQ beer. 8/10. |

It was supposed to be an Alt but it ended up being one of the best Kolsch I've ever made. At it's peak right now, almost 7 months after bottling. Crisp, refreshing finish after every sip. |
