Missed my OG came in low (1062 vs 1069). Poured (conan) slurry from the Simple Simcoe made last week into this beer. May have impacted OG here. |

Transferred to secondary.
Added .75lb Pils DME, 6g gypsum and 3g CaCl.
Added about .5mL blueberry flavoring.
Added about .5mL blackberry flavoring.
Added about .5mL vanilla flavoring.
pH 4.1
I initially racked the beer onto 4oz of Exp Grapefruit hops, and they absolutely smelled like garlic onion, so I removed them. |

Kegged. Added like 2.4g more gypsum, and 1 g CaCl, and about 2g Corn sugar for carb in keg. sitting at 5 PSI rising a bit slowly. |

The keg is almost gone. Bottling this last week was a disastrous process and aborted, so I'm running the keg out instead. Weird carbonation (too much). Issues with a low CO2 tank, sitting outside, too much corn sugar, who the hell knows. |
