Notes

Need to give credit to The Brew Mentor here on Brewersfriend. When I first started brewing, I used his recipe for TBM Mosaic and modified it to make it a little simpler. Now I'm making this recipe for the third time because it's been such a crowd pleaser!

Using the Grainfather, an electric system, so I don't quite boil down a full gallon in 60 minutes so take that into consideration.
