using stir plate and my slurry of WLP566 and WLP568 from July. Unsure but after 12 hours has krausen and seems to be chugging along.

took a grav reading before pitching. 1.006

set the fermenter heater to 70* to start. Had an amazingly fast drop in temp when whirlpooling. new drill.

Will bump the temp to 72* tonight or tomorrow.

action started within 6 hours and next morning is bubbling strong. rose the temp to 72* but by morning the fermenter was at 75 on its own.
Bumped to 78* after 24 hours

activity has calmed down. Bumping to 81* to finish out. Will take a gravity reading later.

The yeast blend is a monster. ripped thru the malts in a blaze and first taste is another lovely saison. Will leave in primary for another couple of days and then dry hop (maybe)

pretty straw color. cloudy as it should be. will harvest some of this yeast as it has served me very well.
 
Notes

Going to make a tea out of the dried lemongrass and add to the secondary.

A tank 7 clone (roughly) with a light lemongrass finish.
