using stir plate and my slurry of WLP566 and WLP568 from July. Unsure but after 12 hours has krausen and seems to be chugging along. took a grav reading before pitching. 1.006 |

set the fermenter heater to 70* to start. Had an amazingly fast drop in temp when whirlpooling. new drill. Will bump the temp to 72* tonight or tomorrow. |

action started within 6 hours and next morning is bubbling strong. rose the temp to 72* but by morning the fermenter was at 75 on its own. Bumped to 78* after 24 hours |

pretty straw color. cloudy as it should be. will harvest some of this yeast as it has served me very well. |
