I added 5 extra quarts of spare water to hit 7.25 gallons pre-boil, with a gravity around 1.024. |

I would recommend another 30 minutes of boil. |

Still learning the process. I feel that I should have not added the 3xtra 5 quarts of sparge water and or I should have added an extra 30 minutes of boil time. Any comments help to increase my fermentable sugar accuracy. |

Not sure why there was such a big drop in volume. It could be that during main transfer I collected a lot of sediment.
Note: I didn't take a gravity reading. |
