Couldn't fit entire 13.6gal in keggle. Had to mash in with 10.6gal and sparge with remaining 3gal (of hot tap water). Mashed in at 151 after stirring for a minute. Had a hard time keeping mash temp around 150. Had to keep using the burner. Overshot a couple times up to 153. Boil gravity was supposed to be 1.040. Ended up 1.029. Added 200g dme to compensate a bit, which ended up bringing it to exactly 1.040. |

No issues during boil. OG was dead on. Hydrometer sample is already crystal clear. Straw yellow in colour. |

Lager half also finished at 1.007. Super light and clear. Smells less eatery than ale half. |

Already carbed pretty good after 50psi for 13.5 hours. Needs a couple days to clear. Still very hazy. Tastes good. |

Finished at 1.007. Tastes good. Smells pretty estery (I guess from the Nottingham yeast). Kegged at 50psi. Will leave for 14 hours before turning down pressure. Lager half of batch was tacked to secondary and placed in the fridge. Lager half looks incredibly clear. |
