Way to sour and dry - and a bit harsh due to the habanero. Emptied 23 small bottles and 2 x 0,75 bottles into a keg. Added 500 g Maltodextrin dissolved in hot water. Added heated AMORETTI ESPRESSO extract (226 g) and some brown sugar dissolved in the mix. |
