Notes

I'll be brewing this up tomorrow for the first time. I'll be using a second generation of California Ale Yeast.

The last two hop additions that are listed as Chinook are actually Equinox (ekuanot). This software doesn't support this hop, but the alpha is similar.

I don't know much about this hop, so I'm hoping that this fairly simple recipe gives me a sense of what it's all about.
