WARNING: Kettle losses > 2% detected which throw off OG calculation for extract/partial mash recipes in batch target 'fermentor' mode. Solution: Reduce kettle losses, misc losses and hops absorption in equipment profile, OR set batch target to 'kettle' and do a full wort boil. See batch target FAQ.

Notes

Boil the extract and add the steeping grains. Add the dry ingredients at the prescribed times. Let the boiled ingredients cool. Mix honey with warm water to help it dissolve. Combine both worts, and top off with water (leave some head space, this one produced a lot of foam!). I used a small amount of yeast nutrient to help it along.

Enjoy!
