Notes

A delicious small batch IPA.

Steep the crystal in water at 67 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.

Remove the steeped grain mixture and add DME: then bring to boil.

Aroma hops added at flameout (when wort removed from the boil).

Cool and strain the wort into your fermenter.
