Seven Days to ferment. 1.014 for 4 days. So put in keg in record time. Keg super full. Will see how long to carbonate with no head space. Spiegel Fermentor was hard to guess volume. Dry Hopped day three of fermentation at 1.020. 2 oz of Cryo Mosaic and 2 oz of Falconer Flight. |
