WARNING: Kettle losses > 2% detected which throw off OG calculation for extract/partial mash recipes in batch target 'fermentor' mode. Solution: Reduce kettle losses, misc losses and hops absorption in equipment profile, OR set batch target to 'kettle' and do a full wort boil. See batch target FAQ.

Notes

Hops were unfiltered into primary ferm and made a very high bitterness. Unfiltered orange peel, koriander seeds and hops reduced batch into 15 liters when Siphoning into secondary after 7 days.

Made an additional worth of 7 liters of water and 1 kg Muntons brew enhancer (cooked for 5 min)cooled to 25 degrees celsius and blended into secondary. Pitched with dry yeast for stabil secondary ferm.

Bitterness still high but drinkable

Dry hopped with different "spare" hops: centennial, salt & Northern brewer. Tasting very interesting
