Very sluggish fermentation, so bumped temp up to 80F & pitched a rehydrated pack of Belle Saison yeast from Lallemand. |

Dry hopped with 1 oz leaf Citra & 12 gm citrus zest (9 gm orange, 3 gm grapefruit). Decided to cut back the dry hop since the beer already smells amazing & the OG was lower than expected (i.e. may not stand up to extra dry hop grassiness). |
