Notes

So main tweaks from V1:

  • More bitterness for a bigger bite
  • Different hops, only two this time
  • Pellets going straight into the GF, no spider, wish me luck
  • I've upped the crystal and special B for more caramel
  • US05 instead of Belle Saison, I didn't think it added much
  • Lowered the alcohol a little back down to 6%
