Fermentation started slow at 59 degrees . Brought the temperature up to 67 and fermentation went nuts. Blew the airlock off twice. Dropped temp back down. |

Lost some of the hop bitterness and not as much hop aroma as I was hoping for. An excellent pale ale certainly or maybe a traditional IPA but not what I was going for. Need much more on dry hop if using fresh and a little more bittering hops. |
