Nose is low pineapple/tangerine. Malt and hop flavor is balanced, but pils malt is very evident. Citrus flavor from the centennial/citra is missing. Spice/pine underlies the malt. Bitterness lingers into finish accentuating the dryness. Increase hop flavor/aroma additions and decrease pils malt ratio. Increase Munich and add some crystal (40) |
