Easily got 7.5 gal with good gravity level. Sparge water was a little hot - 192F but seemed to get more efficiency (10 brix) |

Chilled to 72F then put in keezer to cool further before pitching. Dropped to 64 then pitched from jar - no starter but was lots of yeast from previous starter. Was sluggish to start so warmed up, added yeast starter and aerated. Also picked up another pack of 2124 and pitched |
