Temp went a little high at the start of mashing; cast-iron dutch oven has a lot of carryover. Approx 148F for most of the mash. |

10 bottles. Very sedimenty; blackberry fragments clogged the bottle filler. Next time rack to secondary and cold crash before bottling. |

Good! Surprisingly clear; good blackberry aroma and flavor; crisp. Definitely hit the American Wheat mark. Could maybe use a smidge more hops? |
